Everything you need to know about bookings – from inquiry to confirmation
Yes! Depending on availability, spontaneous bookings are also possible. We recommend checking our homepage or calling beforehand, as experience has shown that the availability of boats can change in a short space of time due to last-minute cancellations. To ensure that someone is on site, we recommend calling 0151 55646900 beforehand or writing to this number via WhatsApp (e.g. if you cannot reach us by phone)!
If you need a total invoice for your boat rental including accessories, you should book a flat rate for petrol in advance. This means you won't have to wait at the port for the fuel consumption to be calculated.
Yes. The deposit will be left with the responsible driver.
Yes, at any insurance broker or travel agency.
A valid personal document (ID card or passport with registration form) and the INLAND sports boat license (only for engines over 15 HP) must be presented. Please note: The SEA boat license is not valid inland. In addition, cash in the amount of the deposit (e.g. €300) and petrol money must be brought. We also recommend taking sun protection and enough water on board.
Yes. Your boat will be ready for you at the port during the booked time. It can also be picked up later or dropped off earlier without prior arrangement.
Tours
Everything you need to know about tour bookings, procedures and preparations
You can book a tour through our website. When booking, we need your name, a contact option (email or phone number), the desired tour date and the number of people.
Changes and cancellations are possible free of charge up to 48 hours before the tour date. For cancellations made at shorter notice, we charge a processing fee. You can find the exact conditions in our cancellation policy on the website.

Everything you need to know for a stress-free trip on the water
Our boats are equipped with weather protection. If the weather is really bad on the day of booking, with storms and constant rain (which we hope not to happen), you are protected from it. Thunderstorms are often only local and temporary. A few clouds in the sky or a few degrees cooler than desired are no reason to postpone the booked trip to another day.
Yes, both our boats and our rafts have a solid roof and are therefore protected from the midday sun and from rain with an all-round tarpaulin (removable).
You will always receive your boat with a full tank. If you do not book a fuel flat rate in advance, the cost of fuel will be calculated as a flat rate based on the rental period and will be deducted from the deposit when you return the boat. Of course, you can also fill up the tank yourself. The SPREVES boat filling station is a 10-minute boat ride from the harbor. The corresponding fuel receipt must be presented when you return the boat.
Unfortunately not. Pets are not allowed on our boats.
No! We recommend a power bank for private power supply.
Yes. Our boats have a radio with a Bluetooth interface that you can easily pair with your mobile phone.
Yes! Please note: Grilling on board is only permitted with a grill booked through us. The use of grills brought by yourself is prohibited. Packaging and residual waste must be taken with you upon return.
Yes. You can rent a cool box with a capacity of 35 liters and 1 bag of ice (2 liters each) from us. Price: 15 €
Yes. A gas grill including propane gas and grill tongs can be booked for €35.
No! You can bring your own dishes. If you have booked finger food or a barbecue buffet, the equipment for consumption is included.
No. Smoking shisha is prohibited on our boats.
No! Taking SUP boards, inflatable boats and similar sports equipment with you or pulling them behind you is prohibited on our boats.
Before you start your journey, you will be given an emergency number that you can use to request help. Our emergency service colleagues will be on their way immediately and will take care of the situation. In life-threatening cases and serious accidents, you should call 112 immediately.
Events
Everything you need to know about organizing and hosting events on our boats and rafts!
We cater for a wide range of events including corporate events, birthday parties, weddings, bachelor parties and team building events. Each event can be tailored to meet your specific needs and desires.
The maximum number of participants depends on the boat or raft chosen. Our rafts can accommodate up to 20 people, while larger boats can accommodate up to 50 people. Please contact us to clarify the capacity for your planned event.
Yes, we offer a range of catering options to suit your needs, from snacks and finger foods to full menus. Drinks can also be provided. Let us know your requirements and we will be happy to help.
In case of bad weather we have alternative solutions, e.g. the possibility to postpone the event to a later date or to move to the protected indoor area of the boat. In case of cancellation due to extreme weather conditions we will refund the full amount or offer a new date.
Reservations
Answers to frequently asked questions about boat and raft tour reservations!
Once a booking has been made, the booked boat is automatically reserved for the booking period.
Changes to your reservation are possible up to 14 days before the event. In case of cancellations, our cancellation policy applies, which is stated in the booking confirmation. Please contact us to make any changes or cancellations.
This is usually possible as long as the maximum capacity is not exceeded and the event date is still available. Please inform us of any changes as early as possible so that we can make the necessary arrangements.
After successful booking, you will receive a confirmation email. This email contains all relevant information about your event, including date, time, number of participants and payment details.
General
Simple answers to frequently asked questions about our offers and services!
According to the provisions of the Unification Treaty, the certificates of competency for pleasure boats issued in accordance with the regulations of the GDR are fully valid as pleasure boat licenses within the meaning of the Inland Pleasure Boat License Ordinance. It is not necessary to exchange these old certificates of competency. However, it is recommended that they be re-registered. They are not always recognized, particularly abroad.
Our boats that require a license may only be driven with a valid sports boat license. The person driving the boat must have an SBF inland license. Alternatively, an accompanying person can be booked. You do not need a license for our boats that do not require a license.
An additional flat-rate fee of €35,00 will be charged for unusually heavy contamination. The assessment is at the discretion of our staff. We will charge for any damage to the boat or equipment or for any loss thereof. If the boat is returned late, we will charge €60,00 per boat for the first half hour and €30 for each additional half hour.
Empty trips are counted towards the rental period. A skipper must also be booked for this time.
Please plan at least half an hour for the handover and the boat and safety instructions and be at the harbor beforehand. Only then can you set off on time. The rest of the crew can only arrive on site when the boat sets off.
